When, and not if such a space is developed, we should make sure that it doesn’t become a hangout for people with nothing else to do, but a creative work space for people committed to somehow make a difference.
Access to services that enable the formation and management of a new business and a network of small business people where ideas
could be exchanged and could feed off each other.
I feel strongly that energy feeds on itself! If we provide an environment and a culture of energy and enthusiasm then I feel this will draw opportunities to everyone. A space is one thing, but a culture such as this that is genuine and committed is something that can be felt. A nice office is one thing, but people are what makes things happen!
